Lil Pacino – Return & Exchange Policy
As an exclusively online store, we want to make our policies as clear as possible. Lil Pacino maintains a strict ‘No Refund’ policy. We do not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees. However, we do allow for exchanges in the specific case of a defective product.
How to Report a Defective Item
- If you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a claim, please email us at wecare@lilpacino.com or Whatsapp at +923150990562 with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- A clear description of the defect
- Photographic evidence of the defect
Claim Approval Process
- Our team will review your claim. We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our criteria.
- Once your claim is provisionally approved via email, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- All claims on defective products will be fully processed within 30 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
Approved Exchanges
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will be issued store credit for the value of the item. You can then use this credit to select any other article of equal value from our website.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for bearing all shipping costs for returning articles to us. Lil Pacino is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Conditions for a Valid Exchange
For an exchange to be approved, the returned item must be in its original condition:
- The item must be completely unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must not have been altered in any way.
- All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
Please Note:
- Color Variations: The colors of products may appear slightly different in person due to screen resolution, lighting, and device settings. Exchange requests based on minor color variations will not be entertained.
- Seasonal Items: Summer collection items can only be exchanged for other Summer collection items. Similarly, Winter collection items can only be exchanged for items from the Winter collection.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
